Shipping and Delivery Policy

The Journey From Order to Doorstep

This policy explains how Silvarovelle prepares, dispatches, and delivers dress orders within Hong Kong.

Silvarovelle does not deliver outside Hong Kong. An order containing an address beyond the service area will not be processed. Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law.

Stop One: Order Information

Customers must provide a complete Hong Kong delivery address, reachable telephone number, recipient name, and relevant building or access instructions.

If an address or contact detail needs correction, email outfits@silvarovelle.com promptly. Silvarovelle may apply a requested correction while the parcel remains at its facility. A change may be unavailable after courier handover or may affect the expected arrival time.

Silvarovelle may decline an order when the address is outside Hong Kong, essential information is missing, an item is unavailable, a listing contains an evident error, or repeated failed deliveries are associated with the same customer, telephone number, or address. Silvarovelle may instead request order confirmation before dispatch.

Stop Two: Preparation and Dispatch

The usual preparation period is 1 business day. During this period, Silvarovelle reviews the order, prepares the dress, packs the parcel, and arranges courier handover. Dispatch occurs when the parcel leaves the Silvarovelle facility and enters the courier network.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Orders placed outside operating hours begin preparation on the next business day.

Stop Three: Free Hong Kong Delivery

Silvarovelle provides free delivery to eligible addresses throughout Hong Kong. No delivery fee, handling fee, or cash on delivery surcharge is added to the displayed order amount.

After the 1-business-day preparation period, courier transit usually takes 1 to 2 additional business days. The usual total journey is therefore 2 to 3 business days from order processing to delivery.

These periods are estimates rather than fixed arrival appointments. Severe weather, public service interruption, access restrictions, courier disruption, incomplete information, or another event beyond reasonable control may affect delivery. When Silvarovelle becomes aware of a material delay, it will provide available information using the contact details supplied with the order.

Stop Four: Cash at Handover

Silvarovelle accepts Cash On Delivery only. The full order amount shown at checkout must be paid in cash when the courier hands over the parcel.

The customer should ensure that the recipient has sufficient cash available. A responsible person may receive and pay for the parcel at the stated address. The courier may withhold handover when payment is unavailable or incomplete.

Silvarovelle does not collect card or digital wallet details for orders. Bank details are requested by email only after a refund becomes payable under the Return and Refund Policy. Customers must send the requested information to outfits@silvarovelle.com after receiving refund instructions from Silvarovelle.

Stop Five: Cancellation Before Courier Handover

A customer may ask to cancel while the parcel remains with Silvarovelle. The request must reach outfits@silvarovelle.com before dispatch and should include the order reference, customer name, and telephone number.

Cancellation is unavailable once the parcel has been handed to the courier. A refusal at the doorstep after dispatch is seen as a failed delivery rather than a timely cancellation. This rule does not restrict mandatory rights concerning goods that do not conform to applicable law.

Stop Six: Delivery Attempt and Failure

The customer must arrange reasonable access to the address and ensure that a recipient with sufficient cash is available. Delivery may fail when:

  • Nobody is present to receive the parcel.
  • The recipient cannot provide the full cash amount.
  • Building access is unavailable.
  • The address, telephone number, or instructions are inaccurate.
  • The recipient refuses a dispatched parcel without an applicable legal basis.

When delivery fails for one of these reasons, the order is seen as canceled and returned through the courier network. After repeated failed deliveries, Silvarovelle may request order confirmation before dispatching another parcel or may decline a later order associated with the same customer, telephone number, or address. No failed-delivery fee is charged.

Stop Seven: Delivery Concerns and Legal Framework

Customers should email outfits@silvarovelle.com with the order reference if a parcel is materially delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or arrives visibly damaged.

This policy is interpreted consistently with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).

If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, that requirement prevails and the remaining provisions continue where legally possible. This policy and related delivery matters are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory consumer procedure or forum.
