Terms and Conditions

Your Purchase Journey With Silvarovelle

These Terms and Conditions govern access to the Silvarovelle website and purchases of dresses offered within Hong Kong. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms, the product information, and the price shown at checkout. If you disagree, do not place an order.

Nothing here removes any right that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law.

Checkpoint One: Before You Order

You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and order information. You must be capable of entering a contract.

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment only records receipt and does not mean acceptance. A contract forms when Silvarovelle accepts the order and begins fulfillment. Silvarovelle may decline an order because an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, the address is outside Hong Kong, repeated failed deliveries are associated with the customer, telephone number, or address, or an evident pricing or listing error occurred. Silvarovelle may instead request confirmation before dispatching the order.

Prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars unless stated otherwise. The amount displayed with the order is the amount due at delivery. Silvarovelle does not add a delivery charge.

Checkpoint Two: Payment at Your Door

Silvarovelle uses Cash On Delivery only. The customer must prepare the full order amount in cash and give it to the courier when the parcel is handed over. No cash on delivery surcharge applies.

Customers should arrange for themselves or another responsible person to be present with sufficient cash. Bank account information is requested only when an eligible refund must be sent by bank transfer. After Silvarovelle confirms refund eligibility, the customer must submit the requested bank details by email to outfits@silvarovelle.com.

Checkpoint Three: Dispatch and Delivery

Silvarovelle accepts orders for Hong Kong delivery addresses only. Orders for locations outside Hong Kong will not be processed. Delivery is free throughout the service area.

The usual delivery journey totals 2 to 3 business days:

  • 1 business day for order preparation, packing, and dispatch.
  • An additional 1 to 2 business days for courier transit.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Hong Kong public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by severe weather, access restrictions, courier disruption, incomplete details, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The customer must provide a complete address, reachable telephone number, and any access instructions. If delivery fails because nobody is available, sufficient cash is missing, access is unavailable, or the supplied information is inaccurate, the order will be seen as canceled. After repeated failed deliveries, Silvarovelle may request order confirmation before dispatching another parcel or may decline a later order associated with the same customer, telephone number, or address. No failed-delivery fee is charged.

Checkpoint Four: Cancellation Window

You may request cancellation while the item remains with Silvarovelle and before it is handed to the courier. Send the request promptly to outfits@silvarovelle.com with the order reference and contact details.

Cancellation is unavailable after dispatch because the parcel has entered the courier network. Refusing a dispatched parcel does not create a cancellation right and will be recorded as a failed delivery.

Checkpoint Five: Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

Silvarovelle offers a thirty-day return period beginning on the delivery date for a dress received damaged or different from the ordered item. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

Contact outfits@silvarovelle.com within 30 days and provide the order reference, a description of the issue, and reasonable supporting images where available. Silvarovelle will arrange free collection from the Hong Kong delivery address. No collection or restocking fee applies.

The 48-hour assessment period begins when the returned dress reaches the Silvarovelle return facility. The item must include its components and must not be altered or further damaged after delivery. When the assessment establishes that the dress arrived damaged or was the wrong item, Silvarovelle will offer an exchange. If the relevant item is unavailable, Silvarovelle will issue a refund by bank transfer.

Refund processing begins after the 48-hour assessment. Once sent, the funds may take up to 5 business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the banking provider.

Checkpoint Six: Website Conduct and Content

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. You must not interfere with its operation, introduce harmful code, attempt illegal access, copy content for commercial use, submit false information, or use the site in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Website text, images, layout, and original materials belong to Silvarovelle or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Limited personal viewing is permitted. No ownership right is transferred through website use or purchase.

Checkpoint Seven: Responsibility and Legal Rights

Silvarovelle remains responsible where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to those rights, Silvarovelle is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract formed or for disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any matter that Hong Kong law does not permit parties to exclude.

These terms are interpreted consistently with the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362), Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance (Cap. 458), Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 553), and Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). If a clause conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails and the remaining clauses continue where legally possible.

Final Checkpoint: Questions and Disputes

These terms and every purchase are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory procedure or forum available to consumers.

Customers should first email outfits@silvarovelle.com with their order reference, issue, and requested resolution. Silvarovelle will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period. Both parties should attempt to resolve concerns through clear communication before beginning formal proceedings. This does not prevent either party from exercising any lawful right or seeking assistance from an appropriate Hong Kong authority.
