Returns are accepted when the outfit arrives damaged or differs from the item ordered. Change-of-mind, style, and unsuitable-size returns are not accepted under the store policy. The 48-hour assessment begins when the outfit reaches our return facility. An eligible return receives an exchange when stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable, a bank-transfer refund is initiated, with posting taking up to five business days.
