Taohua Drape is covered by our 30-day return policy for eligible issues. The return window begins on the delivery date. Returns are accepted when the dress arrives damaged or differs from the item ordered. Change-of-mind, style, and unsuitable-size returns are not accepted under the store policy. Email outfits@silvarovelle.com with your order reference and issue details. We arrange free collection without restocking charges. The 48-hour assessment begins when the dress reaches our return facility. An eligible return receives an exchange when stock is available. If a replacement is unavailable, a bank-transfer refund is initiated, with posting taking up to five business days.
